Private coaching sessions are designed to provide a supportive, empowering space where you can openly discuss the areas of life you want to improve, better understand, or move through with greater clarity and confidence.
Sessions last approximately 45–60 minutes and are conducted privately over Zoom.
During our time together, you will have the opportunity to share what you are currently experiencing or working through. Through thoughtful questions, reflection, and guidance, I will help you uncover your own answers and move toward the solutions and direction that feel most true to you.
Areas of coaching may include:
Emotional wellness
Healthy habits and routines
Motivation and getting unstuck
Career and life direction
Time management and productivity
Life transitions and adjustment
Grief and loss
Relationship challenges
Personal growth and self-awareness
Trauma-informed support and coaching
Our approach is trauma-informed and centered on empowerment. The goal is not to tell you what to do, but to help you recognize the insight, strength, and wisdom you already possess. Many clients find the process deeply encouraging, clarifying, and transformative.

Format: Zoom video session
Cost: $75 per session
Before Your Session
Please have:
A quiet, comfortable space
Paper and pencil available for notes
Reliable internet access for Zoom
I will also take notes during our session to help guide the conversation effectively.
Booking Process
After payment is completed and all required waivers have been signed, you will receive a private Zoom link for your scheduled session.
