Emotional Health Coaching is dedicated to supporting individuals who are navigating challenges ranging from simply getting out of bed to reaching their fullest potential. We help with a wide array of struggles, including issues with organization, punctuality, motivation, decision-making, stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, career, ADHD, Freedom From Pornography, and social concerns. While we are not counselors, psychiatrists, or medical professionals, and do not prescribe medications or therapies, we specialize in causation coaching, which seeks to uncover the root causes of your challenges.
Our approach is faith based on the understanding that every thought generates an emotional response, which then leads to an action, and ultimately an out come. By examining your past, present, and future, we work with your current IQ to develop a stronger EQ (emotional intelligence). We guide you in unraveling your thought patterns, teaching you strategies for self-coaching your thoughts and emotions.
Together, we identify the patterns and narratives you may be holding onto, helping you gain clarity on what you truly desire. We also work to eliminate the victim mentality, empowering you to take control of your mindset. Through or unique models, we illustrate how your brain processes information, and ultimately, we collaborate to help you understand your thoughts and emotions in a way that leads to the desired outcomes in your life.
