Emotional Health Coaching for Parents, Adults, and Grandparents Age 25-110 (Zoom Class)
This live Zoom class helps participants build emotional awareness and resilience by learning how their thoughts shape their feelings, actions, and results. Students will not see other participants, creating a private and safe space, but can interact through group chat, ask questions in real time, and choose to participate in optional open coaching.
The class also includes guidance on navigating social media and online habits, including porn prevention, through the lens of managing natural urges—similar to learning balance with things like sugar or shopping. Faith is incorporated as a source of strength, recognizing God as a higher power in building emotional health.
What it is:
A skills-based class focused on emotional awareness, personal responsibility, and practical tools for navigating challenges.
What it is not:
This is not therapy, counseling, or crisis support, but a coaching space designed to teach and practice emotional skills.
